How it works

One module. Any composition.

A flat-top hexagon in machined aluminum, with a precision glass optic.

Tiles connect to each other magnetically, and the magnets do the aligning. Each tile seats flush by hand, no tools on site.

Arrays grow along any edge. Start with a cluster, extend a run, open a void in the center.

Add or reposition tiles after handover without touching the ceiling or the wall finish.

Spectral quality

Engineered to render like daylight.

Most white light is built from a few channels, which leaves gaps across the spectrum. Tesel uses a ten channel spectral engine to fill in that curve, so color is rendered rather than approximated.

Pigment, glaze and patina hold their true color. Nothing flattens, nothing shifts as the light warms through the day.

Walnut, travertine, brushed brass and raw wool keep the grain and warmth they have in daylight.

One array, the whole day. Morning light for the arrivals, warm light for the last drink, and the same wall doing both. Nothing else in the room needs to change.

The first thing a visitor sees, and the first thing they read about you. Warm at the desk, cooler toward the glass, so the wall belongs to the window instead of competing with it. Move the desk and the tiles move too.

A room lit the way the day would do it. Full spectrum at breakfast, a long slow fade toward evening, and timber, skin, and paper looking like themselves the whole way through. Easy to live under. Hard to stop looking at.

Ten independent channels, so the shape of the spectrum is a design decision rather than a bin code. Coverage from deep blue to far red, past the point the eye can follow, so the reds in timber, skin, and textile hold instead of going flat. One tile size, and any array that tiles a plane.
